I went to Matt when I lost my husband to try and close my husbands estate because my husband died at such a young Age, he wasn’t able to leave a will and Matt helped me through the whole process. He didn’t even charge me the full estate fees because the way that we were going to try to get it done didn’t work out and he took full responsibility for that, and went above and beyond to make sure that we could get this done in a timely fashion And without breaking the bank. The past 2 years were by for the worst thing that ever happened to me. I left an abusive and controlling relationship and the father was able to afford an attorney and received full custody. At the time I couldn't afford one, it got really ugly and he was able to control the whole situation once again. This led me spiraling down. I hired Marcus Garske for my divorce. It was obviously a long and difficult road that I was completely unprepared to handle alone. At no point did I believe that Marcus wasn’t guiding me in the right direction. What was most important to me was that i got 50/50 custody of my son, he made sure that happened. He always returned my phone calls and was constantly a guiding light during the longest, scariest and most difficult time in my life. The staff at the office including the other lawyers were ALL friendly, helpful and completely welcoming whenever I walked inside or called the office. Hiring Marcus was BY FAR the best decision I’ve ever made and I’ll never use another lawyer for anything ever again.

Garske Hewitt came highly recommended by a friend of mine in regards to seeking legal advice on behalf of a close friend.
