2. Promotion Structure & Entry Periods:

There are four (4) separate weekly contests. Each week’s Entry Period and Drawing date are:

All times Eastern. Entries outside a contest’s Entry Period are void for that contest.

3. Eligibility:
Open only to legal residents of the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay, Saginaw, Midland, and adjacent counties) who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor or Facebook are not eligible.

4. How to Enter (per contest):
During a given week’s Entry Period, complete all steps:

Follow Sponsor’s Facebook Page.

Find that week’s “Grill & Chill” giveaway post.

Comment on the post and tag at least one other person.

Each unique friend tagged = one entry (max five tags/entries per entrant per contest).

Bonus entry (optional): share that week’s giveaway post to your Facebook Story.

Alternate (no-Facebook) entry: Email your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and “Contest #X” in the subject line to contest2025@ghr.law during the same Entry Period. Each valid email = one entry.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

One (1) winner per contest drawn randomly on the specified Drawing Date.

Odds depend on eligible entries.

Sponsor will notify via Facebook Messenger (and email for alternate entrants) within two (2) business days.

Winner must respond within five (5) days or prize is forfeited and an alternate selected.

6. General Prize Conditions:
Limit one prize per person across all four contests. If a winner is drawn more than once, only the first prize is awarded; alternates will be drawn for subsequent contests.

7. Privacy & Publicity:
By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for promotion administration and occasional marketing. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://ghr.law/privacy. Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor right to use name/likeness in promotional materials without further compensation.

8. Release & Limitations of Liability:
Entrants release Sponsor, Facebook, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

9. Facebook Disclaimer:
“This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.”

10. Winner List:
To request winner names, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “Customer Appreciation Month of Giveaways Winner List,” Attn: Marketing Dept., 708 S. Euclid Ave, Bay City, MI 48706 within 30 days after July 31, 2025.

11. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any contest if fraud or technical issues impair integrity.
